Anvi is an emerging academician with a strong interest in contemporary legal studies and constitutional governance. With an academic background rooted in rigorous legal training, she brings clarity, analytical skill, and a student-focused approach to her teaching. Her areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, and modern legislative reforms, and she has actively participated in national seminars and academic discussions on emerging legal frameworks. She is committed to contributing to legal education through research, teaching, and mentoring.

BIO

Anvi Jain holds a B.B.A., LL.B. Hons from Amity Law School, Noida and an LL.M in Intellectual Property and Trade Laws from Christ University, Bengaluru. She is currently in the second year of her Ph.D at Mansarovar Global University, Bhopal, with research focused on contemporary issues in law and policy and constitutional governance.

With three years of combined experience in corporate legal practice and academia, she has handled diverse areas of legal work and contributed to legal education by teaching Law of Contract, Legal English, Labour Law, and other foundational courses. She has achieved recognition through published research papers in national journals and active participation in conferences, seminars, and academic discussions across the country.

Since April 2023, she has been serving as an Assistant Professor at Viswa Bharathi College of Law, where she is dedicated to fostering analytical thinking, research aptitude, and professional skills among students. Her academic approach reflects a strong blend of rigorous legal training, clarity of thought, and student-focused engagement, supported by interests in Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, modern legislative reforms, and evolving legal frameworks.

Anvi believes legal education must balance doctrinal knowledge with practical insight. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes interactive learning, critical thinking, ethical reasoning, and awareness of the role of law in society, with a clear goal of shaping responsible, informed, and socially conscious legal professionals through research, teaching, and mentoring
